Azusa Commander Deck

Commander / EDH Mono-Green

LoPhat

Maybeboard

Azusa, Lost but Seeking is a commander for any player type - from beginner to experienced. Ramping into giant creature spells is the kind of fun all magic players want.

With so many great spell options, this could easily be a 200 card deck. That's why you will see so many awesome variants of Azusa, Lost but Seeking commander builds, adding Eldrazi creatures and artifacts.

I like this deck because it allows you to play with a bunch of bulk rares accumulated from years of drafting.

Since it is mono-green I simply looked for a balanced deck that could reset the board, handle unruly permanents and put on pressure.

Wild Pair has been a true MVP. Dropping an additional HUGE monster on the battlefield forces opponents into finding answers quickly.

Being mono-green, it doesn't have a ton of removal for creatures so it has to rely on destroying lands and artifacts. A stable in every commander deck. By hindering an opponents turn, it buys just enough time to set up game ending combat swings.

There is a mini combo in Spine of Ish Sah and Trading Post that come in handy when drawn, but other than that, it just plays big dudes.

Azusa, Lost but Seeking is probably one of the smoothest EDH/commander builds to play. Nothing says Magic like ramp spells and big creatures.
