And by the way i think that if you want to replace Arlinn in mainboard, just swap with the 2 Howlpack Resurgence, this + coco gives you a lot of flexibility to transform your wolves

for replacements....just main board howlpack resurgence or evolutionary leap that should be good enough, but if you can, maybe a third Nissa and a 4th moonlight hunt would be good as well

I was actually starting to wonder if I could fit in white mana for Dromoka's Command, but probably be too clunky...I miss fetch lands in standard again... I'll try to figure something out. Probably put in Howlpack Resurgence because trample is more relevant a lot of the time.

Anyway, you NEED to get rid of Atarka's Command. Yes, it is good. Yes, it fits. But sooner or later, it WILL rotate out of standard. Hopefully there will be a viable replacement in the new block :)

A budget is literally a replacement of expensive cards and removal of such cards. Creating a cheaper variant, so of course the budget is removal of Collected Company, walkers, etc etc. I am pleased you enjoyed both versions, and I am removing Atarka's Command from the side because I get too lazy moving it from my Zoo modern back to here every week, lol.

Avatar of the Resolute could enter like a bomb paired with Nissa and Lead by Example that could be nice too. Not a wolf tho, but still a 3/2 reach trample for 2 that can enter even bigger

Mjs: The deck did not lose its "awesomeness". I still have the deck list of the Neglected Heirloom  ^Flip version, but the changes were indeed needed. The clunkiness of the deck became real after awhile and when meta's change, so do decks. I still run the Neglected Heirloom  ^Flip version, which is now on my list as Bark at The Moon (Budget Werewolves). In fact I made it a even cheaper variant, because Arlinn Kord  ^Flip and Nissa, Voice of Zendikar combo started off fun, but after awhile people caught onto it and was easy to dismantle. . I am sorry if you no longer enjoy the deck, but again; meta's change. Best of luck and draw well.

And Sorry I misclicked when removing someone elses comment and it got rid of yours. Fingers too big for my phone, tired of seeing the same guy post such negativity for no reason and trolling.

So, I finally got the deck, didn't test it against other decks than izzet thing in the ice/stormchaser (but without jace, i don't have him, the deck is kinda budget so), but i can't win a single game against it if I don't get (very) bad luck with the izzet one (i'm playing both decks). I can't keep the wolves transformed, they will flip back on my next turn since the deck plays 2 or 3 spells every turn, and they aren't more usefull than tokens when not flipped for most part. I tried sideboarding rending volley/clip wings and more removal but the wolves deck still get outrunned by removal, non blockable creatures (Stormchaser Mage, Elusive Spellfist and Slip Through Space and i even counter the coco with Dispel, and if i get Thing in the Ice  ^Flip flip it's just over, but i dI often have problems on the draws too, i feel like i never get something usefull when it's needed and i often get stuck with no lands to play on turn 3 or 4 if i start with 2 lands, and if i start with more i get flooded and doesn't have anything to play, maybe because i'm not lucky but it happened like 10 times on 15 games haha.

I will anyway bring it to FNM to test it against other decks, it's maybe just an impossible matchup, I know it's not a tier 1 deck that can handle everything.I'm playing the coco version with the 4 planeswalkers btw, not this one.Hopefully they will give us Moonmist back in eldritch moon, but i think i'm asking too much haha, it would already be nice with only "transform all humans" (and maybe we will get a new card that does only that ?), then the deck would maybe be tier 1. We really need something to transform them more often, and something to prevent them from transforming back.

AlCelestino: Izzet surge (I like to call it) is one of the decks thats out performs werewolves because of the constant draw and spells. Not many people run it at my FNM, so I never built a side for it, but I would have to side in also Howlpack Resurgence because of the constant spells from the Izzet deck stopping trample. It has a turn 5 kill built in, turn 4 sometimes, but more consistently turn 5. Goggles and Unblockable decks will always have an advantage over this deck, depending on the goggles. I can try to build a sideboard for izzet, but not many play that deck in my meta. My meta consist of more aristocrats, bant/abzan CoCo, Humans, Seasons Past and control of all varieties.

I do hope Eldritch Moon gives more wolf love, because if it doesn't, gonna just move back to my W/U humans or B/G Aristocrats.

Hey, yeah no worries. I had 4-0 last fnm, with old brew but lucky draws i have to admit. At my fnm alot of gw tokens and since last time bw eldrazi, and ofcourse tons of CoCo. But next rotate coco is out anyway thats why i think focus on the other brew to evolve might be better, well atleast for me. The deck seems solid you got here no doubt about that so still +1 for that keep it up :)

I have to ask what is some good removal for this deck because where I am people are playing a lot decks using Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  ^Flip and using his -3 "-3: You may cast target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard this turn. If that card would be put into your graveyard this turn, exile it instead." There's a lot blue mill where I am too.

Moonlight Hunt is great removal, if you want more there's Fiery Impulse,Fiery Temper,Lightning Axe Roast etc etc that can find room in here. Just try to keep it around 23-25 creatures imo.

29 creatures, its not even the same deck anymore! Very interesting though.
