Dredge Reanimator Stax

The goal is pretty much to stick Sidisi and start dredging.

Here are the linear aspects:

3 Pact: Assemble as many Grave Pact as possible. This includes Butcher of Malakir and Dictate of Erebos. Then simply add one of many sac outlets to reduce your opponents' board states. Finally, use It That Betrays to punish your friends for anything. Fleshbag Marauder 2 for 1's your opponent. Meren of Clan Nel Toth generates value from this as well.

Reanimator: Many fun targets exist in this deck. One of the cool things to do is develop a board state to reanimate Gray Merchant of Asphodel and sac it and repeat. Sheoldred, Whispering One is the main card to ramp into and protect. It's basically the secondary commander. Use it to recur anything. It is not uncommon to bounce a land with Golgari Rot Farm on turn 2 and discard Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur to be reanimated by Animate Dead or Reanimate the next turn.

Control: Abrupt Decay, Cyclonic Rift, Force of Will, Stifle, Reclamation Sage, Pernicious Deed... Need I say more?

Pod Chains: Birthing Pod accelerates into valuable chains such as Thragtusk to Progenitor Mimic to Sheoldred, Whispering One. There are many in the deck that can actually give value by using the pod as a sac outlet with a pact.

Broken Things: Progenitor Mimic as a copy of Woodfall Primus or It That Betrays is pretty good. With persist, the Progenitor Mimic can re-enter as a new copy of something else, which means you get an initial permanent destruction, can sac, and can choose a new copy.

Annihilate: One of the best ways to win is to assemble a repeatable sac outlet such as Viscera Seer. Fill the graveyard with creatures, especially Abhorrent Overlord. Cast Living Death, and sac all the Harpy tokens on your field at once in response. This can be especially helpful after using The Mimeoplasm on your opponents.

Weaknesses: I realize this deck gets turned off by Torpor Orb and Bojuka Bog. YOLO. God invented Abrupt Decay and Stifle for a reason. Blood Moon gets us, but you just have to roll with that kind of stuff.
