Use Ad Nauseam which can be found using Rhystic Tutor. Play Altar of the Brood and a lot of 0 mana spells.I did the math and made it so Ad Nauseam lets you draw the entire deck without you losing. This mean that if you lose life you will need to find a way to gain life back using Zuran Orb to kill off the extra lands of by gaining life some other way. If you don't go budget get a Grim Tutor instead of a Rhystic Tutor.
