All Hail The Adorable Balance Bunny <333333 :3 By using this bunny we can distract our opponents by using its cuteness in order to give us enough time to play 100 Cheatyface while their not looking. Best idea ever right? well sometimes plan A does not go as planned as the opponent may have a Storm Crow on the battlefield preventing us from even attacking. So what do we do in this situation? It is simple we go to plan B.Which is for Balance Bunny to bring us our Restore Balance deck and actually try to legitimately play now.Warning: You should probably not try to bring a Bunny and 100 Cheatyface to a Tourney .Abusing cascade is so much fun so I looked for more ways to abuse it and I found Restore Balance to be the next most ab-usable modern deck. For those of you who don't know the deck it kind of works similar to Living End type of play as you use cascade spells to bring out your win con except restore packs a bigger punch by wiping out hands (sometimes ours but it usually does not matter if you do it right) and lands as well but takes longer to kill the opponent. So how do we abuse it? Well there are two ways but the way I am doing it is the borderpost version way. Basically you have at least one land in your opening hand and you play borderpost leading up to the field wipe on turn 3+ (or turn 2+ with Spirit Guide) depending on when you need to. Leaving your opponents with no land and you with your borderpost for land. Our wincons range from plainswalkers to Goblin Charbelcher and to the huge fatty Greater Gargadon which I will explain all the other card uses later. And remember just like Living End DO NOT SUGGESTION CARDS UNDER 3 MANA as you do not want to hit anything but Restore unless its for some crazy sideboard plan like Kor Firewalker against burn.

Mainboard

Evolving Wilds & Terramorphic Expanse Sometimes we just need to get a specific color land and these guys do the job well. Note that you can pull off the combo just as fast with these guys as with fetch lands as you can play two borderpost on turn 2 if you play this on turn one versus fetchs were you play a fetch on turn 1 and play a borderpost each turn. But if you want to use fetchs go ahead but these guys are great for budget and semi-budget players such as myself. (Note I would not use them in any other deck outside of this one and EDH as they are too slow everywhere else). Simian Spirit Guide Speeds up the deck that is all (can be a wincon in a pinch.Goblin Charbelcher We run very few lands so it doubles as a wincon and removal at the same time!Ajani Vengeant After a restore he can keep the field lock down and clear any creatures or lockdown a tapped permanent plus he is his own mini restore.Ardent Plea A cascade spell bolted with exalted makes this great for our deck were we will probably be only attacking with one creature at a time anyway.Beast Within Like Living End its one of the best removal we have and the token goes bye bye after a restore. Detention Sphere Because upgraded Oblivion Ring is always nice.Borderposts as explained before this is basically our land base post-restore and is why we only run a few lands. I only run a few of the black color ones as I don't use black at all in this deck and you really want to have around sixteen of these guys.Greater Gargadon One hell of a timmy card and great for this deck as we can suspend him and use him to get rid of lingering lands or useless stuff. Most of the time the opponents won't have much to block with and if they do we have thassa. Also, he can be put onto the battlefield via jace.Jace, Architect of Thought Slows down weenies, card draw, and lets us bring a win con out from our deck AND our opponents deck.Violent Outburst Like in Living End this is still the best cascade spell we have because its a instant.Kiora, the Crashing Wave she has preformed amazingly in this deck as she can lockdown a creature and manlands as well, plus her ult is game ending. Restore Balance Main focus of the deck unlike Living End Restore can actually be cast for its own suspend if it ends up in hand pretty easily but is still not a card you want to see in your hand but is much better than seeing Living End in here hand that is for sure.

Sideboard

Anger of the Gods Against heavy aggro and decks where not even restore is enough sometimes. Blood Moon Destroy all the greedy mana bases and great against manlands. Ingot Chewer Death to affinity! and other artifacts such as Birthing Pod.Leyline of Sanctity No touching my hand and another anti-burn spell as well.Ricochet Trap Same like Living End SAY NO TO CONTROL! >:3

Additional Options

Mistveil Plains Can recycle restores and other things but I find that unnecessary.March of the Machines this card can be a wincon with all the artifacts in here but once this comes down we can't ever balance again without suffering the lost of both our creatures and our entire manabase.Thassa, God of the Sea Helps sort out are draws and get online with all the blue permanents lingering in the deck and can make our fatties unblockable as well. (Getting Devotion sometimes is hard)Riftwing Cloudskate Bounce, removal, devotion, and creature all in one he is a multi-utility creature and comes in quite handy. (Was to expensive to play normally sometimes and the suspend did not come off quick enough or when I needed it to).

Notable Planeswalkers

Tezzeret the Seeker Usable with the borderpost but his mana cost is a bit high even for this slow deck.Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas Very cool card the only thing I don't like about this card is we are mostly four color and we rarely get out the color black so I had to past on him.Gideon Jura Another good plainswalker provides nice blocker and can be a wincon however the five mana double white makes him unattractive.Garruk Relentless Provides attackers and blockers and other uses I don't use him as his tokens will prevent us from wiping the board clear with Restore.Elspeth, Knight-Errant Same like Relentless expect better in other ways.Jace, the Mind Sculptor If only... he would be a four of in this deck not like I can afford him anyway. XP Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded Just kidding Well that is what I put together so far so if you have any suggestions I would love to hear them and check out my other decks if you get a chance. :3Snowstorm

Updates Add

Trying out a playset of Goblin Charbelcher because we run very few lands and it seems like it could be a much faster wincon. (PLUS I JUST ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CARD :3) -2 Thassa, God of the Sea Sometimes the devotion was just not getting there so she ended up more or less as a enchantment when I wanted the creature as well so I am cutting her for now. -2 Riftwing Cloudskate I mostly kept him for devotion purposes the bounce didn't always do much and sometimes I would not even have the mana to play him and waiting for him to come of suspend takes to long. +1 Kiora, recently finding her more effective than jace as after balance they usually only have one creature and she shuts down land creatures as well, plus her ult comes down one turn faster and has a better chance of winning me the game than jace. -1 Jace, Architect of Thought Works well against weaker creatures but after a balance my opponent probably will only have a creature and I would rather lock it down then weaken it with Jace. But my main problem with him is when I use his ult and search my opponent deck to find nothing that I can use as a wincon due to some decks have creatures and spells that just would not do much for me and double blue hurts sometimes as well.
