Can banding be good? That's what I aim to accomplish here. It enables rampage quite well under the right conditions. It could be useful for a defensive strategy too. But can we make 1/1's and 2/2's banded together better by pumping their power and toughness? This is a rough draft of what might be possible, but only time will tell
