Why are you using Ephara, God of the Polis ? You only have 9 creatures, counting advent of the worm.

I'm not sure what kind of help you're looking for, but Prophet of Kruphix works really well with Ephara, God of the Polis and Sphinx's Revelation and fits your move towards creature focus.

I agree, it is a high cost. I haven't play tested enough to see if Karametra comes out as a creature reliably. But if she doesn't, thats a good place to start. Ephara doesn't have that issue since the card draw generally gets you devotion you need. Another thing I noticed is that the six charms is too many, I'd cut a couple of which ever one works out less well because your two slot is crowded.

Witchstalker irratates the crap out of monoblack, especially if you can bestow Boon Satyr on him.

Allimand yes he would be great Hex, but he's not flash. so the turn i cast him, i would lost control with counter-spells.

This might seem like a lame suggestion but if you're worried about blue control matchups just run 4x Gainsay in your sideboard. Personal I've found Dispel to be a pretty awful most of the time, even in the sideboard.

I would ditch Swan Song from the side and go with more Negate or Gainsay , especially since the Bird you give them can kill a lot your creatures. Also, I'd swap the counts of Jace and Kiora since card advantage is at a premium in control. Finally, I tried Simic Charm in my build but ended up opting for the full playset of Dissolve.

Take out 2 forests and put in 2 more plains. That will help smooth out your mana base. You have too much green mana for the amount of mana symbols in your deck and not enough white mana. You don't want to run into problems playing Elspeth or Ajani
