This deck revolves around creature lands and crush of tentacles at the top of the curve which returns NONLAND permanents, wall of resurgence is an early activator for your lands and synergises with sylvan advocate.
Early game you want to use oath of Nissa to grab lands or utility creatures, getting down an early wall will slow down aggressive decks, if you can resolve explosive Veges on turn 4 it turns on sylvan advocate and the creature lands made from the wall.
Mid game you want to start surging crush of tentacles, it'll keep your lands creature on the board so you can start getting damage in. Every creature in the deck synergises well with crush, being able to replay reflector mages keeps tempo in your favour, replaying walls allows you to stack counters on your lands, Nissa keep finding you lands and advocate is cheap enough to keep dropping onto the board. The deck includes den protectors so you can loop crushes. Tamiyo helps keep opponents creatures at bay and card advantage, if you can protect her long enough to emblem her you can loop crushes and redeploy your whole hand every turn. Kiora is very at home in this deck, being able to swing with your creature lands, then plus one her and untapped the land to use for mana or as a blocker can help protect her and keep the tempo up. Flipping Nissa can happen very quickly aswell, allows you to keep ramping and card advantage. Plus if you get her ultimate off that's basically game over.
Late game you have part the waterveils to cast with awaken as your finisher, if you can't finish it up after awakening PTWV follow it up with crush on your additional turn to keep your hopefully super massive lands on the board to swing through for lethal.
I think this deck is super fun to play, catches a lot of people by surprise when they see bant colours and expect to be playing against bant company.
SB tech is up to preference but I would include spell quellers to switch out with reflector mages against control and low creature count decks, pulse of Murasa is most likely a must as your lands will get killed and being able to loop pulse with den protector can help keep you alive long enough in tight spots. Negates don't really need an explanation. Declaration in stones and an extra planar outburst for the more aggressive decks if you need the extra removal package.
