A Combo deck with some control and Lifegain.
First off the combo cards are Thragtusk, Archaeomancer, Sylvan Primordial and Lavinia of the Tenth. All of these cards are powerful and can either win you the game, delay the game or break the game using either Cloudshift, Ghostly Flicker, Venser, the Sojourner or Nephalia Smuggler.
Main Combos are:
Thragtusk + Any flicker card: Gain as much life and getting 3/3 beasts tokens for how much mana you spend.
Archaeomancer
+
Silence
+ any flicker card: Lock your opponent from casting any spells at all. You can also use Archaeomancer to bring back other flicker cards if you ran out or if you're in need of counters
Sylvan Primordial + Any Flicker Card: dwindle their lands or other noncreature permanents while grabbing some
Forest
or a
Breeding Pool

Lavinia of the Tenth + Any Flicker Card: Lock all permanents your opponents control with the converted mana cost 4 or less. Perfectly good for setting up an attack with the 3/3 beast tokens you'll be gaining from the Thragtusk you'll be flickering.
Fiend Hunter + Any Flicker card: 3 mana Exile if you use the flicker card before Fiend Hunter's 2nd ability resolves.
Other Cards in the Mainboard
Dissipate
: Very good counter card that exiles instead of making the spell hit the graveyard, good for dealing with key cards for any graveyard themed decks.
Spell Pierce: Good early game counter card for countering noncreature spells.
Cyclonic Rift: A nice Panic button card, good for removing a giant creature that's about to hit you for lethal damage or for its overload cost, removing all nonland permanents so you can setup an attack.
Nephalia Smuggler: Cheap permanent flicker creature on a stick, your opponents better have a response to this guy or else you'll be flickering away like mad with him.
Gitaxian Probe: Your either 1 mana or 2 life look at your opponent's hand card while getting a free card in the process.
Birds of Paradise: Early mana rampers if you wanna get out Thragtusk or Sylvan Primordial out earlier in the game.
Silence: Your "I'm gonna control you" card. Use Archaeomancer to bring this card back for a permanent lock the game strategy combo.
Cloudshift and Ghostly Flicker: For your Combo Enablers considering they cause you to flicker your creatures.

1 Razorverge Thicket and 2 Seachrome Coast: Your early game Mana fixers, getting White, Green or Blue mana if you have 3 or fewer lands.
The Sideboard:
a Grafdigger's Cage a nice card to lockdown graveyard themed decks or any flashback cards your opponents have.
3 Kitchen Finks: Your nice Combo card/Attacker or blocker card and another good combo creature. Play Kitchen Finks Gain 2 life, use as blocker, persist activates, gain 2 more life then use any flicker card, gain 2 life.
3 Mana Leak and 3 Spell Snare In case you need more counter cards for early game counter.
2 Mistmeadow Witch: Another flicker creature, but not just for your permanents, you can use her to also flicker your opponents big creatures trying to hit you for massive damage.
2 Render Silent: A nice Mix of Cancel and Silence Another perfect card for locking the game with the Archaeomancer combo.
and lastly, a Spellskite Don't underestimate this card, you can use this card to destroy your opponent's combos or destroying the Splinter Twin combo.
Other Cards you may want to use in this deck
Path to Exile: For if you want to use early game exile if you don't wanna use Fiend Hunter Also another good card for the Archaeomancer Combo. up to 3 of them will be good enough but you can also use a playset of them if you wish. its better used in mainboard but you can put them in the sideboard
Remand: In case you need more counter cards and free draw. 2 are good enough for this kind of deck. Either use for mainboard or Sideboard
Serum Visions: In case you don't want to use Gitaxian Probe. You can draw a card and scry 2 to fix your deck. Either mainboard or sideboard
