It's always fun to go "Oops, I win!" and the Bant shard is my favorite shard. The new legend Derevi (BIRD WIZARD!) is too good to not use/abuse as my commander. The overall theme is control, but it has the ability to infinite combo a multitude of ways, and can still beat opponents down. It also likes to draw/find cards. I knew I wanted a deck to go, "Oops, I win!" with, and this seemed like the most abusive color combination to go with. Overall for fun, but might turn off people against dirty blue players or infinite combos instead of a traditional win. Comment below if you can find some of the combos I put in there, or suggest new ones!
