Pyre of Heroes aint no Birthing Pod but we're taking a crack at it anyway!

The cards that make the deck really work are Teferi, Time Raveler, Devoted Druid, Renegade Rallier, and Pyre of Heroes.

Teferi, Time Raveler is great for all the reasons you can expect. We include it specifically because we do not want the opponent to interfere with our Pyre of Heroes stuff on our turn. It also gives much needed removal in addition to Brutal Cathar   and Reflector Mage.

Devoted Druid will gives a small amount of ramp but more importantly it will give us infinite green mana if we can resolve Vizier of Remedies. This combo is usually enough to win the game because at minimum you should be able to play out all the cards in your hand every turn. But it becomes lethal if you have Realmwalker to cast many spells from the top of your library of by making an infinitely large creature by using Chameleon Colossus's activated ability.

Renegade Rallier is another great card because if you sacrifice a creature of CMC 2 with Pyre of Heroes and then put Renegade Rallier into play, then you get the card you sacrificed right back. It is great value. It also gives a somewhat 1 sided effect from Magus of the Disk if you're holding a Renegade Rallier in hand.
