This deck creates a ton of value with creatures with etb abilities and blink effects like Ephemerate and the namesake card, Soulherder.

The main card draw engine is comprised of Watcher for Tomorrow and Militia Bugler. Watcher for Tomrrow is really cheap for the card selection it gives you, but requires some extra work to get the card into your hand; Militia Bugler is a little more expensive, but gives you the card immediately. Bugler's power restriction is also not a problem as every creature in the main deck and sideboard besides Thragtusk has two or less power. You usually win by establishing a Soulherder and drawing cards until you find either Blade Splicer or Thragtusk, then fill the board with 3/3 Golems or Beasts.
