The idea behind this deck is to build up a wall and mill out your opponents. Fleeting Memories + Tamiyo's Journal provides a great mill outlet along with Startled Awake  . Everything else in the deck benefits from clue sac, including the Angelic Purge use to sac a clue.

I've had some crazy come-from-behind wins with this one, but it seems a bit slower with the recent rotation after losing Talent of the Telepath and some ramp spells. If you can ult Tamiyo, Field Researcher then this is hilarious to play with tutors, triggers, and free spells every turn.
