This is a (no more legal) Duell Commander Baral Polymorph.

Strategy: Mulligan into a hand, that lets you play Baral on turn 2 with a free to play counterspell, or on turn 3 with a counterspell that costs you only U. Keep your Mana open all the times to counter whatever you think is a thread + loot via Baral. If you have nothing to counter use your mana EOT for card draw. You win by polymorphing your Baral into one of the three big hitters. I play 3 because of three reasons: 1) you are not dead if your wincon gets exiled and 2) you are not dead if your wincon is in your hand and you have no way to get show and tell and 3) you are not dead if 1 and/or 2 happens to two of your hitters. If you cannot use your Baral for polymorph action, get control over one of your opponent's creature and polymorph it instead.

Good to know: - prepare to get High Tide countered, because even a soft-counter that can be paid reduces the amount of doubled mana

• Don't play your polymorph spells without protection. At least two counters are required. If you are in the mirror match you need at least three.

• Play Synthetic Destiny before opponent's EOT, otherwise Synthetic Destiny will polymorph in your end step.

• Baral, Chief of Compliance gives also a discount on Crush of Tentacles' surge cost.
