This deck seems good, it's a work in progress but there's a lot of synergy to gain card advantage and deal with threats.

Baral, Chief of Compliance helps reduce the cost of spells and his counterspell looting ability combos with Rielle, the Everwise to draw additional cards.

Fateful Showdown + Rielle, the Everwise

Generally, I feel like having a counterspell turn 2 and then T3 Baral + counterspell or Cinderclasm is an ideal opening hand. Into the Roil can also tempo the opponent for a hard counter turn 3, or without Baral just play it as you would. Cathartic Reunion is best saved to cast upon resolving Rielle or afterward. Ox of Agonas is great too, as is simply cycling a card like Censor or Neutralize on the opponent's turn to take maximum advantage of Rielle's ability on each turn.

Cinderclasm is important because it doesn't kill Baral, Rielle, or an escaped Ox, but it will kill an Ox cast from hand which is usually fine or even useful.

You might want to include a bit more spot removal or bounce spells, but I just try to counter everything that is going to be a problem. Ox of Agonas can help the deck be incredibly resilient at times. You could include Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, but I think it is usually easy to win in other ways. An attack with Rielle can often be the final piece to the puzzle.

Finishing the opponent with a Fateful Showdown while having too few cards in your library will lead to a draw.
