Long story short, I had to scrap my most powerful deck due to monetary concerns going on (real life sux), so I wanted to build something that was close in power to what I previously had. Yisan, the Wanderer Bard is pretty budget, and happens to also be pretty damn fast due to elf ball synergies. The deck looks to throw out as many activations of Yisan on turn 3/4 as possible, with the supporting crew of Seeker of Skybreak , Wirewood Symbiote , Temur Sabertooth , Scryb Ranger , Great Oak Guardian , and Quirion Ranger . The main wincon being Craterhoof Behemoth , but Umbral Mantle and Staff of Domination are in the deck to be able to help produce infinite green mana, and go for an alternate win con with Imperious Perfect (infinite untaps/elves with Staff), or Ezuri, Renegade Leader (super pump with wide enough board).
