Cool deck, I like the concept. Are you sure 20 lands is enough to get Enchanted Evening out reliably by turn 5? Also I don't think Mesa Enchantress benefits from Enchanted Evening, because although it makes all permanents enchantments, it doesn't make all spells enchantment spells, so I don't think Enchanted Evening will affect when you draw a card with Mesa Enchantress.
