A super-casual commander deck, deliberately going against the control-heavy designs I've worked on already. Basandra is all about making bare-bones combat matter again!

To take advantage of Basandra's ban on combat tricks, morph abilities and cards like Mine Bearer , Soul Snare and Laccolith Rig skirt around her ban and turn unfriendly attacks to my advantage.

Haste-granting cards like Battle Rampart and Whip Sergeant allow me to push enemy utility creatures into the red zone immediately.

Backing up the combat theme are pumping enchantments: Castle , Glory of Warfare, Crescendo of War and the punishing Total War .
