Alternate winconBloodbaron of vizkopa. May not seem like much, what makes him so special is the words protection from black and white. This effectively allows him to dodge every major source of removal in modern.
Exsanguinate, our only form of reach to the dome and good for breaking up a stale board Also feeds bloodbaron when we're just short of kill potential.
Card advantage
Comes in every form here. Athreos, the swords, mikokoro and Hypnotic Specter all grind out multiple hits of 2 for 1
While Oona's Prowler, high priest of penance, Wrath & even Lingering Souls are willing to take a 2-1 trade often enough that by the end of all things stated we should have a comfortable lead to not have much to worry about.
Removal package
Wrath, board sweeper that we aren't afraid to play thanks to Athreos.
Cast out. Doesn't seem like much but instant speed removal that hits everything when we need it and cantrip when we don't
Shriekmaw over path. I know, I know it doesn't feel right but due to its high synergy with Athreos and its evasion potential I'd rather the body to help our swords potential over the one time removal.
