Hahah, alrighty, I will then. Not a spectacularly unique deck idea but if it's fun then wynaut

This is hilarious and awesome. You have earned my upvote.
I think it would run much smoother, however, if you decreased the land: nonland ratio. Right now, it's at 1:1, which is too high to reliably get good topdecks IMO.

I think so. Maybe cut a few lands and replace some others with more Shadowborn Apostle s. I think that would make it a little more consistent.
I love it anyways!

Add 4 Immortal Servitude , 4 Traumatize , and 4 Gray Merchant of Asphodel . Shenanigans abound! :)

But doesn't that lessen the chances of drawing the cards I want.
May 20, 2014 4:04 a.m.
No. It's an alternative win con. Also add in 4 Diabolic Tutor and 4 Blood Artist . If you have a tutor and Traumatize yourself, it will put around 70 or 80 Shadowborn Apostle into your graveyard and probably a couple of Blood Artist . Option 1 is to tutor for Immortal Servitude and cast it where X=1, you get 70 or 80 1/1 creatures. At this point you can sack off 20+ Shadowborn Apostle and any Blood Artist triggers will kill the opponent. Option 2 is to tutor for Gray Merchant of Asphodel and cast him, winning the game with excessive amounts of black devotion and a large grin on your face.

Oh actually I didn't think of any of those combos. But they are really nice.

i would advise you to add like 4x Ring of Three Wishes just to make the chance bigger because like this you are just going to end up having to mulligan because you only drawed land and what Warmonger said is also a very nice combo

Yeah I was contemplating the combo for a while for but like it loses to so much. Bile Blight , Counterspell are two examples. I will end up making a whole other deck with that combo but I might decide on the ring, only problem is it's a turn 5 play by which I should already have the demon if I was drawing right.

even worse, the ring is turn 6 because the activation is another 5 mana.

Good point. I guess in my play group no one has lethal before turn 8 or 9 so it's not as risky.

Elixir of Immortality? That way if you play too many cards you can just put your graveyard back into your library and win. You could also then afford to cut down on deck size so draws are a little more consistent.

It could be viable at the very worst. I think more times than not it probably won't be used. And realistically I wouldn't be able to cut down on the deck size that much because with a 4/250 (for example) chance of drawing, especially if I am at the point of playing too many cards and NEED that draw it will probably fail me a lot. Definitely something I will consider adding.

Could be useful to get through those land clumps!

This is literally the best deck to be seen on T/O. Or it would be if it had Storm Crow.
