Baylen tokens aimed towards high power. Current version seems to be very strong without slipping into cedh territory. We have tons of ways to protect our boardstate these days and the deck can hold it's own against a removal heavy pod. Cards that served multiple purposes to reinforce deck synergy were selected over other cards. For example, Grand Crescendo is taken over Secure the Wastes because for one extra mana it serves as a board protection spell. The deck is low on non-land tutors because I find it a lot more fun to experience new parts of your deck as you play, rather than hyper optimizing every turn. Baylen has card draw and ramp built-in, but that doesn't mean we won't be running all the great naya staples.

You don't have to play Baylen the moment you can, it's better to leave him in the command zone until you've created a boardstate full of tokens. It usually works out in our favor if Baylen comes down later instead of on 2 or 3, where he would be vulnerable without tools like Lightning Greaves, Legolas's Quick Reflexes, etc. This list doesn't run a lot of boardwipes in favor of cards that offer other utility or are generally more fun to play.

This deck often wins by turn 6-7. There are a lot of ways to close games out:

• Craterhoof and Finale of Devastation
• Dollmaker's Shop / Porcelain Gallery
• Purphoros, Temple of the False God, Agate Insigator effects to drain the board with huge X spells
• Aggravated Assault and Halo Fountain are "I win" cards with enough creature tokens. (10 token creatures and Baylen with Aggravated Assault is infinite combat steps, 12 token creatures is infinite mana, and 13 gives us infinite mana and card draw) Halo Fountain is great on it's own but also functions as a win condition at 15 creature tokens. If your playgroup doesn't like running infinite combos, no matter what kind, then feel free to cut out Aggravated Assault.
