Yes thats right be "that guy" that plays the silly combo deck in commander and have everyone hate you when you beat them all in one turn. The combo hinges on a few elements and everything else is to tutor it or protect it. There are better tutors out there but this is what I have and it works well. This also makes a great singelton deck as the commander doesn't matter much.

The idea of the deck is to get the card draw engine going with Otherworld Atlas and/or Temple Bell with Mind Over Matter. Once that is going you have your pick of finishers in Psychic Spiral, Runeflare Trap, Psychosis Crawler, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Molten Psyche, or just deck everyone else with Elixir of Immortality. Everything else is just to protect the combo and stay alive until you can land it around turn 7 or 8. Good Luck!
