It does what it says on the box. I'm not going to tell you what all the combos are, but there is both heavy synergy as well as direct combo potential galore within the deck.

The basic idea is pretty simple: set up Niv-Mizzet, then use draw and wheels to cause damage until you have a heavy output option available, then ... kill everyone simultaneously.
