The goal of the deck is to quickly produce a hoard of beasts. Nature's Lore, Rampant Growth, Krosan Warchief and 23 land help the deck quickly accelerate. Wirewood Savage supplies cards while Totem Speaker provides life gain. Cryptic Gateway, Rampaging Baloths and 3 Garruks rapidly generate more beasts, which then combo with the previous elf creatures. As that horde is forming, Door of Destinies and Oran-Rief, the Vastwood this deck's relatively small beasts (3/3 to 6/6) to become a match for most other creatures. As the deck builds, the regeneration from Krosan Warchief allows the deck to attack even against a stalemate, preferably using Fangren Firstborn or Rhox. Once the beast army outnumbers their opponent, Overwhelming Stampede or Garruk Wildspeaker's Overrun ability or Lure end the game.

This deck is an improved version of my other deck, Overrun, which was built on a stricter budget.
