Vorel!! Evolve is a beautiful mechanic and one of my favorites, besides milling, so naturally I had to make a commander deck.

Deck's mechanics are simple, play bigger creatures to boost up the tiny guys and kill your opponent. I wanted to make a deck that didnt entirely depend on its commander. Vorel is a great commander because he doesnt need to boost himself and deal a bunch of damage. Instead he lets the other half of the deck take charge, which makes it harder to handle. The synergy with Conjurer's Closet + Panharmonicon really polish the Evolve mechanic.
