I've been playing a similar deck I'm not even sorry for awhile now and have had a lot of fun and success with Batwing Brume.

Batwing Brume is pretty cool. I had it in the initial build; I might put it back.

The Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond combo is cool, but a little slow for my tastes. I'll play test with it, and see what I can work in.
Blood Artist can be brutal in multiplayer if no one answers it immediately. One of my friends runs it in a couple of his decks.
