Solid start. Here's my main issue:After playtesting your version of the deck, it seemed to me that this edition is not explosive (rampwise) enough. Prossh comes out at best turn 3, but rarely, he usually hits the board turn 4-5+. This is too slow in my opinion, as your win cons involve him and his abilities. I would add some more dorks (Llanowar Elves, Orcish lumberjack, Deathrite shaman etc.), some mana rocks (2-3 signets) and definitely run BOTH CULTIVATE and KODAMA'S REACH. Other than this, solid deck and a thumb up!

I have currently buult prossh using your decklist and i agree with magic matt, so i tried running more mana dorks and a mana crypt and vault and that seems to fix the issue of prossh going out late, it also helps when you cast food chain sacking your dorks to cast and start the infinite. I would also recommend skullmulcher so you can cast it with prossh foodchain mana and draw how many cards you desire, really helps if you need to find another piece and to ensure that you have answers to whatevers on the board. Anyways love the decklist and thank you for giving me a baseline for prossh :)

Didn't count to see if you have 101 cards, but Mana vault is in here twice.

Oh man, I love the idea of Xenagos, the Reveler with Prossh. I'm definitely gonna look into getting him for my deck :D
