Nighthowler instead of Triton Tactics? Bestow him on wall of frost with Phenax down and prophet and Kiora's Follower and mill them in about a turn.

I have been working on a similar BUG phenax mill deck. Have you though about adding Meandering Towershell and Kin-Tree Invocation . A 5/9 wall (kinda) seems pretty good in this deck killing most things it blocks, and kin tree be a 7/7 or 9/9 that could attack if needed. Also in such a color intensive deck, maybe remove the citadel in place of Llanowar Wastes .

Also when it gets added to the library, Tiagam's Schemming seems decent.

Also one more thought, in a combo mill deck like this, i don't know how useful mind sculpt really is. You may consider more control/removal perhaps the new Sultai Charm or maybe Countermand .

Its usually swapped with spring leaf drum. Tactics can offer me several advantages, and is a good defense against bile blights and polymorphists jest. Thanks for the suggestions though =)

Ive gotta keep the citadel because it gives me an indestructible 5/5 with ensoul artifact for 2 mana. Cant beat that lol. Thanks anyway for the suggestions =)

If this is post rotation then why is Watery Grave in the deck list. But other than that it seems really good.

Personally, I would add a Nighthowler somewhere. And mana wise, I think you need more blue, judging by your pie and double-colors. Perhaps cut Temple of Malady for a basic island? Your curve seems a little slow with all those tapped lands, even with Kiora's Follower and Prophet of Kruphix . And one/zero drops might be a good idea-- especially Ornithopter . 2 mill, plus blocker that costs nada.

I'd try to throw in 2x King Macar, the Gold-Cursed Can be tapped with Phenax and untapped by Kioras Follower.
