As the title says it's mono-black devotion with blue splash for cyclonic, thassa and dissolve mainbord and aetherize, tidebinder mage and notion thief side.

Suggestions are more than welcome! The reason I run Duress and not Thoughtseize is because I don't have them and I also don't have the fourth copy of some of the cards like hero's downfall.
