Inspired by the mono-blue devotion decks of Standard Past, this deck aims to control the board with janky blue enchantments or Devotion heavy permanents. Once enough of your opponents boards are tapped down or immobilized, you swing with Callaphe, Beloved of the Sea for a surprisingly large amount of damage.

My goal here was for a solid 5 out of 10, where it can win, but often doesn't unless I'm really paying attention and meddling with the board state.
