Let me give a real description. The point is that you use a lot of 2-3 CMC guys who are very flexible and hard to kill in order to gain board advantage. This builds a bit more control oriented than what I normally run; my maindeck would usually have no Duress's or Appetite's and more arbor elves and Geists. But regardless, this is the basic idea.
