This is the B/G Death Cloud Deck I currently play in Modern. It plays like a mid-range combo-control deck where you kind of grind out the game until you can resolve a Death Cloud , which will almost always produce a game-winning condition.

The early game cards in the deck are for ramping and producing a state where your opponent has to commit more and more to the board to get to you. Once their board hits a certain critical mass, you deploy either a Damnation to wipe their board, or a Death Cloud to completely cripple them. The deck is designed to recover from the post-Death Cloud state and hopefully create a game lock with Liliana of the Veil.

Returning a bit of focus back to this deck after playing other things for a while. Did some tweaking here to help against matchups like splinter twin.

I dropped two Damnation and a Maelstrom Pulse to make more room for instant speed removal. Also added 3x Golgari Charm to shore up against combo after sideboard.
