Wanted to make an elves deck for fun. Not looking to make this competitive, except against some friends. We all decided to maintain some semblance of rules by picking Modern, since it gives us all a chance to use cards we already have in our collections that range from 1993 to present.

After building out the elf side of things, I wasn't 100% sure what to splash into the deck. I feel I'm watering down the elf side of things by adding the blue counter cards, but really not sure how to approach this. Being this is not a competitive deck I would like to keep the cost of the deck around $60.

Some of these cards I already have, a few I'll need to pick up.

Any help tweaking this would be awesome.
