This is my first attempt at a standard-competitive deck. The inspiration came somewhat from Kibler's version of Golgari Midrange. Without all the cards on the list, I took it to Game Day and went 2-1-1 in a field of 23 people. I finished 7th in the main tourney, and then 8th out of 8 once we broke down for the final 3 rounds of "top 8."

The rounds I won during regular play were against Mono Black Devotion and an Orzhov Midrange deck. I lost to a burn deck and tied against a Black devotion deck that splashed red for Dreadbore.

During the 3 rounds of "top 8," I lost all 3 games I played. Game 1 I got destroyed by white weenie. Game 2 I went 1-2 against Mono Blue, losing against a top-decked cloudfin raptor that was able to chump block my bestowed herald/polukranos.

I'm looking for help improving the list in general. It's a pretty fun deck to play. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
