This is just an updated list of my BG list that got 27th at regionals, but tuned to be better against aggro and eldrazi. Swapped 1 Murderous Cut and 1 Dismember for 2 Doom Blade. Doom blade hits most everything I would want it to kill in the current meta, while the life loss from dismember was often relevant, and murderous cut was sometimes too slow because the list only plays 6 fetches. I'm considering cutting the Tasigur, the Golden Fang for another Maelstrom Pulse, Doom Blade, or Disfigure, but I dont know which I would want. The curve for the BG deck is already a little higher than other midrange decks, so damage from Bob is a big consideration for this cut. If control gets more play in the new meta, Thrun, the Last Troll could also be great in this slot. We'll see in future testing.

Damnation probably has a home in the sideboard, but I've been very happy with how all the sideboard cards have performed in testing. Perhaps I could cut a scavenging ooze or a fulminator for the damnation.

I also think there should be a second forest in the deck, but I havent decided what land to cut for it. Blood moon is increasing in popularity, as is ghost quarter, so having more basics seems key. My initial thought was to cut an urborg for the second forest, but there is a lot of incentive to have double black in the deck early, especially post board, and it works well with tectonic edge. Perhaps cutting a overgrown tomb would be better.
