changes:
Removed: 4x [Hedron Crawler] (colorless mana was slowing me down, and don't necessary need to double artifact-creature, as delirium is not as much of a focus anymore). 3x [Tamiyo's Journal] (rarely needed the extra Clues, and did not need it's secondary effect as often as I thought.) 3x [Obsessive Skinner] (Did not preform well until Delirium hit, otherwise it was just an extra body serving no secondary purpose). 3x [Aetherborn Marauder] (Rarely did I want to play Marauder when I drew him, as either I didn't want to move any counters, or there was not enough counters in play to make it worth it)
Added: 4x [Deathcap Cultivator] (Produces Black/Green mana, and can be used as an attacker. This is even better once it gains deathtouch from Delirium, as it becomes something that my opponents must address, especially if I use Nature's Way, as it will kill the target creature] 2x [Drana, Liberator of Malakir] (fills the need for a flyer, also has first strike, which is a plus, and her secondary ability provides a lot of synergy (Thanks MrxHyde)). 3x [Oviya Pashiri, Sage Lifecrafter] (good turn 1 drop and early blocker. Later in the game, she becomes a hole to stick mana in, either creating servos to sacrifice to Syndicate Trafficker to set off Marionette Master's effect if I have no clues, or to create giant Constructs). I gave in and paid the $4 for another [Tireless Tracker] as it was always good to have multiple on the field. I added one more [Briarbridge Patrol] as it is helps me get out [Mationette Master] out earlier. [Nissa, Voice of Zendikar] is a place holder until I can get a 3rd Liliana. I also added back 1x [Lillana, the Last Hope] (many people at my LGS play creature with 1 toughness) and 1x [Syndicate Trafficker] (while I only need one for the combo, having 2 never hurt, as I can make both indestructible for a turn).
Results from Last FNM:
I went 2-2-0
The first match was against a G/B Delirium, and he had enough creature destruction to answer my large creatures that it always came down to who would get the Liliana Emblem first. I lost 1-2-0.
My second match was against U/W Spirits. I lost the first game, but side-boarded in [Lost Legacy] and got ride of his [Reflector Mage] and [Spell Queller] and [Take Down] which got ride of most of his left over spirits. I won 2-1-0.
My third match was against B/W Planeswalker-centered-Control. I could not keep up with all the planeswalkers, even after side-boarding in [Lost Legacy]. I lost 0-2-0.
My final match was against U/R Cheerios deck. I won the first game, as he could not find [Aethflux Reservoir]. I side-boarded in [Root Out] for the second game and destroyed each Reservoir as it came into play. I won 2-0-0.
I found that I do not have much answers to Planeswalkers besides just straight out attacking, but most at my LGS will not play a Planeswalker without creatures to block for it. The major threats seem to be Liliana, as many of my creatures have 1 toughness, and Gideon, as when he turns into a indestructible creature, I am almost always forced to block or lose the game, and his emblem only makes matters worse, protecting all my opponents creatures from my Liliana.
