This deck takes time to build, but the massive damage and life gain it builds up to is worth it. It is most powerful in multiplayer games.

Sol Ring and Heartless Summoning helps you get your creatures out a bit quicker, while Chalice of Life   helps to balance out the life you'll lose before you get blockers. Later on, Exquisite Blood, Blood Tribute , and Malakir Bloodwitch will swell your life total to huge proportions.

If you've got Butcher of Malakir on the board along with a couple of chump tokens, play Innocent Blood or Barter in Blood to force your opponents to sacrifice two to four creatures apiece. If you also have Sangromancer in play, you'll net a load of life.

Necropolis Regent makes all of your creatures build up quickly, especially if at least one of your opponents can't block flying. After a couple of turns, Essence Harvest should be enough to take out one opponent, and your now-enormous creatures can take care of the rest.
