Maybeboard

Instant (3)

Creature (1)

Sorcery (1)

Enchantment (1)

There are few things more satisfying than playing huge creatures in MTG. Makes a man feel good. Melts all his insecurities away, like owning a gun, or driving a huge truck. Here we will be driving huge blue trucks, while definitely not compensating for anything. On a reasonable budget we'll drop scary sea creatures who not only come with big stats, but also with ways to neutralize your opponent's board, as well as removing all doubts about our masculinity.

"Don't be an idiot, Guy!" they tell me. "Sure those creatures have big stats, but you'll never be ever to practically play them. Blue is a control color, how do you possibly plan on surviving long enough to play those?"

First off, that's very rude of you, and there's no need for name calling in my own deck description. But to answer your question, there are two reliable ways to do this. One, ramp up our devotion with various permanents such as enchantments and smaller creatures, then let Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx get the jerks out. Two, and my preferred method, we let Quest for Ula's Temple cheat out big blue jerks for free. To be safe, we run both. The smaller jerks are largely for fixing our draw to get to what we need as quickly as possible, as well as some walls to keep us alive in the meantime.

Once all of our mechanisms are in place for dropping the jerks, it's only a matter of time. Play the big blue jerks, drop the proverbial microphone, and walk away. EDIT I do not recommend leaving your cards unattended.
