you will want black sun's zenith in the mainboard instead of shriekmaw. It is just OP to have the -1/-1 counter effect and is essential to a good control because of the permanent debuff. you want Go for the Throat instead of Doom Blade as well. since we're doing the back and forth deck thing, i was also wondering if you could look at my other deck that i'm working on Near Death Butt Kicking

I really like the idea, / non mill is my favorite mtg color pairing. I might replace Syncopate and Clash of Wills with Condescend, Thought Scour with Serum Visions, and Doom Blade with Go for the Throat, other cards that might be really good are Damnation and Far / Away as good two or more for ones. Also Liliana of the Veil can single handedly crush games! A fun card might be Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver you would have to try it out. for counters a neat idea might be a playset of Rune Snag, as it just gets better as the game goes on. I like the deck.
