Maybeboard

A deck that has really evolved since the beginning of Theros. Started as a mono-green ramp, then to gruul hydra, then simic ramp, and now hitting a stride with the Sultai.

Basic idea? Ramp of course, not much in the way of the "XGG" variety, wanted to make the most out of some other goodies.

Two primary win-cons here, ramping into big creatures, or ramping into a big Villainous Wealth

The ramp-

Elvish Mystic-because I am all about that green

Sylvan Caryatid- Taking this over Whisperer of the Wilds for better mana utility.

Karametra's Acolyte- because yeah, plenty of mana to go around.

Frontier Siege- ridiculously advantageous.

Control-

Stubborn Denial- because who wants Crackling Doom or any board wipe ruining your fun.

Archfiend of Depravity- Not only is he a 5/4 flier for 5, he also forces a lot of sacrifice to the opponent and most likely will be a target for my removal rather than one of my big hitters.

Torrent Elemental- Taps all of my opponents creatures when it attacks? I am seriously considering adding red to the deck for some haste...

Prophet of Kruphix- not exactly traditional control, but let me get out more and more creatures faster.

Villainous Wealth- other than the traditional and fun "Hulk-Smash", "Stompy-Stompy]] win conditions, the ramp and easily pull Villainous Wealth into pulling out a 1/4th of my opponents deck, letting me play any non-lands against my opponent.

The Big STOMP-

Arbor Collosus- Brings in the 6/6 for 5 plus flying hate. Because green hates fliers.

Genesis Hydra- Lets me find things I want and gets them onto the battlefield.

Heroes' Bane Maybe a bit surprising in the starting line-up agreed. I can't help it though, he isn't constrained by the single use "monstrosity" limit and I can keep doubling his strength. Monster size equals bid damage or the opponent has to chew up a removal.

Hydra Broodmaster- because what is better than a big hydra? Lots of big hydras.

Nylea, God of the Hunt- gives everyone trample, which will obviously help end the game quickly.

-Overall there are a few things I would like to do extra with this deck. Really would like to find spots for the following cards.

Whip of Erebos- because even without trample, swinging in with big creatures will do wonders for my life.

and maybe Dragon Throne of Tarkir because I want additional methods of trample and this comes with a notable boost.

Suggestions and thoughts are welcome!also...Things I know I should have but can't afford-

Sylvan Caryatid- would definitely switch out the Voyaging Satyr

Courser of Kruphix

Polukranos, World Eater
