Combo: Diregraf Captain + Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar

I recommend having Dictate of Erebos on the field while you perform this combo so opponents are forced to sacrifice their creatures. Alternatively, Grim Haruspex will allow you to draw Damnation and Torment of Hailfire.

Using tutors: search for the above cards listed in the combo.

Explanation

Step 1. Sacrifice GraveCrawler to Phyrexian Altar to produce one mana of any color and trigger the ability of Diregraf Captain, which causes a target player to lose 1 life.

Step 2. Cast GraveCrawler from your graveyard.

Step 3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 an infinite number of times. I recommend having Damnation in hand just in case your opponents have Platinum Angel or something similar, then cast Torment of Hailfire with your remaining mana.

A Synergy of note: Ob Nixilis, Unshackled + Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire Using the boast ability of Varragoth will trigger the ability of Ob Nixilis, forcing your opponent to sacrifice a creature and lose 10 life.
