Once upon a time, I was playing Planechase and came across Goldmeadow . Of course my goats did absolutely nothing. (Literally - they didn't even block. But they survived the whole game.) But then I thought, what if they weren't useless?

There are a few different strategies for this deck, so if I don't get the perfect combo it can still work good. The most obvious is to get high white color mana permanents out like Nobilis of War, hopefully after I've dropped a Cathars' Crusade or two.

After the goats are out the object is to either strengthen them for multiple attacks through Cathars' Crusade, Sublime Archangel, and Spear of Heliod(which also makes for a good removal card) or burn damage through Furystoke Giant.

Soul's Attendantand Angel's Feather help to keep me alive if I don't get the ideal cards.

Venser, the Sojourner is helpful with getting more goats and life.
