Introduction: I'm sure looking at this list wondering, "what even is this?" This deck is a combo deck, and can win as fast as turn two. The combo is to get Underworld Breach and Birgi, God of Storytelling   into play. From there one can mill the entire library out with Mishra's Bauble to make mana and Cathartic Reunion , or insolent nenonate, by discarding and dredging Stinkweed Imp and Golgari Thug . once the graveyard is full use bauble to make mana and cast Grapeshot two or three times.

All of this can be accomplished from the graveyard once breach is in play. The advantage of this is that one only needs to find breach or Noxious Revival , and can "draw" the other pieces of the combo by dredging. This leads to a lot of consistency because the cards which one uses to combo are also the cards one uses to set up the combo.

Games with this deck play out fairly similarly to dredge for the first few turns with a lot of putting cards into the graveyard, and digging for underworld breach. Turn two kills are very unlikely, but turn three happens a fair amount of the time. The combo is weak to removal at the right time, but, like I mentioned, the combo cards are the same cards as the set up cards so a breach without Birgi can just turn into another noxious revival to put another breach on top and try again. It's not unreasonable in long games either to just cast a "set up" breach to ensure one can combo on a later turn.

Card Choices:

4x Bloodstained Mire 3x Wooded Foothills - Fetches are good to fix colors, and play a bonus roll in this deck by going into the graveyard for escape.

1x Blood Crypt 2x Mountain 1x Swamp- The lands one fetches to cast spells.

1x Stomping Ground - A one of to fetch tapped to pay for noxious revival. Also makes fetch lands able to get green mana for sideboard Veil of Summer .

3x Gemstone Mine - A rainbow land that cast revival if it has to. It can also be time right to go into the graveyard for escape fuel.

1x Blackcleave Cliffs - A RB land that enters untapped in the turns in which the deck functions.

2x Gemstone Caverns - The mana is fairly good being a mostly two color deck, so the flexibility is there to play a colorless, big upside land.

4x Underworld Breach - The one card + graveyard combo card the deck is built around.

4x Noxious Revival - Breach 5-8. Can also be used to make sure a land is on top. Also a less optimal way than bauble to generate mana from nothing with Birgi in play.

4x Birgi, God of Storytelling  - The source of mana in the combo kill.

4x Unearth - The means by which the deck gets Birgi into play from the graveyard with just underworld breach in play. can also buy back a Nenonate to dredge for something or just be cycled to dig for the combo.

1x Grapeshot - The card that actually wins the game.

1x Pact of Negation - A piece of combo protection to randomly mill over to protect anything after breach, or randomly draw to protect everything.

4x Stinkweed Imp 4x Golgari Thug 1x Darkblast - Cards with the biggest dredge numbers to get cards into the graveyard. I went with darkblast over Life from the Loam because casting a loam is trying to play a slower game. Dredge is interested in that with Conflagrate and Bloodghast , but this deck isn't. Getting lands consistantly isn't as important as killing thalia, guardian of thraban or Arbor Elf sometimes.

4x Mishra's Bauble - This card kind of just does everything the deck wants. It makes mana with Birgi for the combo, gives info for deciding when to shriekhorn, it goes into the graveyard for escape fuel, and draws cards to give more dredges.

4x Cathartic Reunion - Probably the best card in the deck. The best way to combo because it puts more cards in you yard for escape(one needs to escape 6 cards for bauble + cathartic and get ~15 back compared to 3 for escape and get 4-5 back with nenotnate), so it facilitates more ability to cast grapeshot, pact of negation, or anything else.

3x Insolent Neonate - A turn one play to get some cards into the graveyard or put a dredger there for later and dig for breach. Also snother way to combo that requires less escape to get started, is mana neutral, and doesn't get taxed by thalia.

4x Shriekhorn - Just the best card turn one to try to get the graveyard going.

Sidedboard: Unfortunately this deck pretty much only wins via the combo, so the whole SB is devoted to making sure the combo can happen.

2x Feed the Swarm - To destroy Leyline of the Void and Rest in Peace

1x Insolent Neonate - An extra nenonate for if your opponent has thalia so you can combo through the guardian. Also good in aggro MUs because it can just block then fill it's fucntion.

3x Lightning Axe - For aggro decks that want to SB light themselves and surving is key, or for killing a creature that's going to stop the combo.

2x Shenanigans - Artifact destruction that one can find dredging.

1x Thassa's Oracle 1x Wild Cantor - An alternate win condition for if grapeshot isn't going to work against something like infinite life. Also if your combo keeps getting shut down with oracle one can just win a long game with unearth.

4x Veil of Summer - A sweet card that protects your hand and doubles as a Silence to protect the combo too.

1x Walking Ballista - A way to make mana that's not bauble if the opponent has thalia mid combo. It can also kill thalia or another troublesome creature.
