At first, I wanted to build U/R delver, but then I realized that being a broke ass cracker means I can't buy all the duals. I have now found an awesome replacement! Being mono-blue, my Force of Will's are never dead. I can pitch almost any card to them. The reason why I am using fetches is because of the ability to shuffle off shit draws from Brainstorm, which is a very nice ability. And, uh, yeah that is about it.
