The goal here is to stabilize the board early with removal and disruption, then be off to the races by turn 5-7. Secondary to that is to win by attrition via tokens and lifegain.

Bob absolutely shines in this list but either are ideal on turn 2. Extra draw or faeries. With the option, I prefer to wait and cast Blossom with another spell such as Thoughtseize or a sister to mitigate the temporary loss of tempo.

When Archangel comes down it is typically accompanied by a couple lifegain triggers. Double the triggers for the Pridemate if he is already in play and the corner has been turned, as now all your creatures are big threats.
