Yet another combo brew from TempestArmor, this time in Sultai!

With The Mimeoplasm at the helm, the graveyards of the table are at our fingertips! Plenty of self-mill will ensure our combo pieces are in good hands. What are those combos, you ask?

There's the classic Mindcrank+Duskmantle Guildmage, which is easily tutored for with Mythos of Brokkos. We can use our commander on the very handy Blighted Agent in conjunction with Titanoth Rex, Ghalta, Primal Hunger, or Leveler. Speaking of Leveler, there is a second way to mill ourselves and win with Laboratory Maniac: by using our commander to exile Mirror-Mad Phantasm from our graveyard, we can activate its ability and of course fail to find the named card. From there, we have both Radical Idea and Deep Analysis to draw ourselves into a win. If we can't get our hands on Lab Man himself, Lazav, the Multifarious can act as a sneaky stand-in.

While Mythos of Brokkos, Jarad's Orders, and Final Parting are our official tutors, we sport plenty of self-mill and looting effects to expedite the execution of one or more combos. If Plan A isn't coming together, access to a half-price Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur is on the table. Otherwise, an extra-large Stormtide Leviathan, Lazav, Dimir Mastermind, or other evasive creature can pull off 21 commander damage pretty easily.

That's about all there is to it! The rest of the deck is either ramp, interaction, or more methods of accessing the aforementioned combos. The best part, however, is the budget! Even with the $10 blue Praetor, the deck comes out to well under $100. Happy milling!
