Blue {U} Black {B} Mill deck, with many years of additions/changes/alterations.

Get out fast with hedron crabs, fog banks, and jace's phantasm to keep your enemy at bay. Mill them with the crab, glimpse, thoughtseize, all buffing the phantasm and making Woe cheap. If they outpace you, damnation or overload a cyclonic rift. Finish their deck off with Jace, memory adept, double every mill with Bruvac in this quick mill deck.

Sideboard includes a couple counterspells for spell heavy opponents, more mill crabs since they are delicious, and another great mill spell in fractured sanity.
