Our playgroup of five has been looking for new EDH variants to play outside of Kingslayer and Planechase. We read about the Star variant and thought it’d be fun to try. We were short a few mono-color decks so I crafted a cycle out of my own collection for us. These decks are a work in progress but are balanced against each other and are viable to play against other decks as well. Also I substituted Colorless for the White deck because I tried five different times to build a mono-white deck and nothing about it was exciting to me.
