The best kind of control deck, The one where you don't have to play islands. Win con is you let them think they are playing magic but then you smash their reality by having Ugin tell them they are not.

Rundown:

Lands- Only running 12 Swamp (16 Black producing lands total) even though I have so many double cost black cards. Its really a hard line to draw, there have been games where I've drawn 0 swamps by turn 6 and games where I've drawn only swamps by turn 6. That being said I generally hit the lands that I need and thats I want by turn 4 so I'm Pretty happy with how the mana base is.

Blighted Woodland Here to produce colorless mana and when possible late game to deck thin.

Llanowar Wastes Probably my second favourite land in the deck. It gives access to colorless, taps for B when I need it and lets me tap for G when I want to pop a Blighted Woodland

Sea Gate Wreckage Favourite land. With this deck you want to get as much value out of your cards as possible while keeping your opponent from having a board state, that being said going in to top deck with your opponent is bound to happen in games and in those games this card lets you get an extra draw.

2 Drops -

Bearer of Silence May be a 2 drop but you're not getting value out of him unless you drop him for 4. With the amount of early game boardwipe this deck runs you're not going to want to drop him until after you're done nuking the board. When you do drop him he is a better Fleshbag Marauder because not only do you get rid of one creature you are left with a 2/1 flying body afterwards.

Grasp of Darkness is a really nice card for times when you don't want to waste a languish but you want to kill a 4 or lower toughness creature. Its also at instant speed so it can be used as EoT removal or even used to to keep from taking a lot of damage.

Slaughter Drone is a set it and forget it card. This card can be dropped on turn 2 and chances are by turn 3 it will have deathtouch enabled. It draws removal, trades favourbly and only costs 2 total mana.

Transgress the Mind A very nice early game card for this deck. It lets you see what your opponent has/is playing, thus letting you pace your spells accordingly. It also has the upside of getting rid of a higher drop card that will give you trouble.
