Sacrifice effects and Evincar's Justice clear the field. Drain Life, Consume Spirit and Evincar's Justice do the damage.
The Sideboard and Maybeboard are two separate options to use as a backup plan vs low or non-creature decks. Either land destruction or loss of life. I'd plan on removing Warren Weirding, Cruel Edict, Diabolic Edict and Geth's Verdict.
Acid Trip decks would require a different plan. I think 4 Reaping the Rewards and 4 Orzhov Basilica would do it, since the only permanents they can target are your lands.
I'd love to see a creature-less pauper deck, besides burn, make it into the top ranks. If you like this concept please check out the deck below.
